What’s your dominant hand?

The stance of the boxer:

Knees movement:

  • The cross punch:

Other than the jab, the cross punch comes from the dominating hand. The direction of this punch is also straight like the jab punch, but it carries additional power. The movement of the dominating hand will be all the way out and then all the way in, making the stability in balance.
